Vancouver Wedding Photographer at Brix & Mortar Restaurant in Yaletown
This September wedding at Brix & Mortar in Downtown Vancouver was absolutely perfect, even in the rain. I loved their intimate first look at Stanley Park in the forest. They snuck kisses under umbrellas and the bride brought her stunning bouquet from Wild Bunch Florist in Vanouver. Shortly after, we snuck off to the Vancouver Public Library to find shelter from the increasing rainfall. The library is the perfect place for wedding portraits on a rainy day. It offers plenty of shelter and unique architecture.
Their intimate ceremony took place in the covered foyer of Brix & Mortar, which offered a perfect escape from the rainy afternoon. The rich vines, exposed brick and dim lighting offered the perfect romantic ceremony space. It was the perfect place to gather on a rainy Vancouver day.
After family photos and delicious cuisine, they spent the evening crying over heartfelt words from family and danced the night away with a DJ on site. We even snuck away for a walk around the block to take some night time photography in the ran around Vancouver. We walked past the Yaletown Brewery, danced in the street and even took some photos outside of Brix and Mortar.
